Our swim school programme was developed to follow the growth and evolution of each child, from their first contact with water to preparation for competition. Classes are organised by age group and technical level, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

For athletes with competitive ambitions. Structured and intensive training sessions, participation in regional and national competitions, and personalised coaching by Portuguese Swimming Federation-certified coaches.

Whether you want to learn to swim, improve your technique, or simply stay active, we have programmes adapted to all levels and goals, including hydrogymnastics, aqua fitness and adult swimming.
