Data will be retained for the duration of the enrolment contract and, after termination, for the legally required period (minimum 10 years for accounting documents). Data collected solely on the basis of consent will be deleted upon withdrawal of consent.

Legal Basis

Data processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Art. 6(1)(b)), and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

  • Tax number (NIF) and ID card
  • Guardian information (for minors)
  • Health information relevant to sports practice
